1. Scope of Services
The selected package includes the creation of [X number of graphics] per week and any specified additional graphics. Additional work outside the package scope may be billed separately.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for each package is due monthly in advance. Payment is required to begin work and secure your place in my schedule. Payments are non-refundable once work begins for the month.
3. Revisions and Edits
Each graphic includes up to two minor revisions. Additional revisions or significant changes outside of the original brief may incur extra charges. Please notify me of any requested changes within 5 days of delivery.
4. Turnaround Time
Content will be delivered according to the agreed timeline for each package. I will notify you in advance if any delays occur, and I appreciate prompt feedback to keep our schedule on track.
5. Content Approval and Usage
Once content is delivered and approved, it may be used freely on your social media, website, or other platforms. I retain the right to include completed graphics in my portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the graphics for personal use. However, reselling or redistributing the graphics as templates or editable files is not permitted.
7. Client Responsibilities
To maintain smooth progress, clients are responsible for providing necessary details, brand assets (e.g., logos, colors, fonts), and feedback promptly. Delays in responses may impact delivery times.
8. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. If a cancellation occurs mid-month, services will continue until the end of the paid period without a refund.
9. Confidentiality
Any private or sensitive information shared for content creation will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
10. Liability
I, Karen Utley, am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the delivered graphics. Please ensure any promotional or business-related information in the graphics is accurate and approved by your brand.
